Health Icon Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your health supplement product to initiate a return. To be eligible for a full refund, please ensure you meet the following criteria:

Product Condition: All health supplement products must be in pristine condition. They must be returned in their original packaging with any seals still intact. The products must be unopened, unused, and undamaged, ensuring they are in the same condition you received them. Handling of the products must not result in a decrease of their commercial value.

Exclusions: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any health supplements where the packaging has been opened or tampered with. This is to ensure the integrity and safety of our products.

Quality Assurance: Upon receipt, all items are inspected by our quality assurance team. If the products do not meet the above criteria, we are unable to issue a refund, and the items will be returned to the customer at their expense. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in a saleable condition.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items: If you have received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team through our designated channels. We will resolve these issues on a case-by-case basis. Please note that we do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
